Table of Contents

2376: S.D. 525z1 to 535y6

January 2376: S.D. 525z1 to 526c1

Three months before DS9 “The Dogs of War” (April 2376), Zek introduces income tax on Ferenginar.

VOY “Course: Oblivion”

Wednesday 7th January, 2376: S.D. 525z7

Estimated duration: Less than a day
Chronology: The real Voyager detects something happening on S.D. 52597 and investigates a cloud of debris. They’re involved from 09:00 (S.D. 52597.3) to 21:20 (S.D. 52597.8). The fake Voyager’s trip seems to be:

S.D. 52597.4 Wednesday 7th January, 2376 525z7 final log entry

Sixday 5th Fourmonth, 9403 B.E.; Thursday 8th January, 2376: S.D. 525z8

Twelve days before DS9 “The Emperor’s New Cloak”, the Nagus goes missing.

VOY “The Fight”

Tuesday 13th to Friday 16th January, 2376: S.D. 526a3 to 526a6

Estimated duration: 4 days
Chronology: I’ve guessed at four days, but it’s difficult to judge what’s supposed to really be happening, and what’s just in Chakotay’s mind.

Fiveday 18th Fourmonth, 9403 B.E.; Wednesday 21st January, 2376: S.D. 526b1

Eight days before DS9 “Field of Fire”, Hector Ilario arrives on the station.

VOY “Dark Frontier”

Wednesday 21st to Thursday 29th January, 2376: S.D. 526b1 to 526b9

Estimated duration: 9 days
Chronology: The “flashback” stardates are a complete mess, as far as I’m concerned. There’s a stardate for the last day, S.D. 52619.2. Some of the events in this story are dated to S.D. 52840 and S.D. 52842 in VOY “The Voyager Conspiracy”. I have no idea why.

DS9 “The Emperor’s New Cloak”

Oneday 21st to Fiveday 25th Fourmonth, 9403 B.E.; Saturday 24th to Wednesday 28th January, 2376: S.D. 526b4 to 526b8

Estimated duration: 5 days
Comment: But the mirror universe had cloaking devices already!

DS9 “Field of Fire”

Fiveday 25th to Threeday 30th Fourmonth, 9403 B.E.; Thursday 29th January to Tuesday 3rd February, 2376: S.D. 526b6 to 526c4

Estimated duration: 6 days
Continuity: Chu’lak murders Hector Ilario, Greta Vanderweg and Zim Brott.

VOY “Think Tank”

Tuesday 3rd to Thursday 5th February, 2376: S.D. 526c4 to 526c6

Estimated duration: 3 days

DS9 “Chimera”

Fourday 31st to Threeday 37th Fourmonth, 9403 B.E.; Wednesday 4th to Tuesday 10th February, 2376: S.D. 526c5 to 526d1

Estimated duration: A week

VOY “Juggernaut”

Tuesday 10th February, 2376: S.D. 526d1

Estimated duration: A day

VOY “Someone to Watch over Me”

Monday 16th to Thursday 19th February, 2376: S.D. 526d7 to 527x0

Estimated duration: 4 days
Chronology: The days of the week are established. Very fortunately for me S.D. 52647 ought to be Monday, or perhaps even Sunday, and S.D. 52648 cannot be later than Tuesday, by my estimates.
Continuity: It looks as though Tom Paris will have to work double shifts in Sickbay all March.

DS9 “Badda-Bing Badda-Bang”

Threeday 37th to Threeday 44th Fourmonth, 9403 B.E.; Wednesday 11th to Wednesday 18th February, 2376: S.D. 526d2 to 526d9

Estimated duration: 8 days

DS9 “Inter Arma Enim Silent Leges”

Fourday 45th to Fiveday 53rd Fourmonth, 9403 B.E.; Thursday 19th to Friday 27th February, 2376: S.D. 527x0 to 527x8

Estimated duration: 9 days
Continuity: Admiral Ross implies it’s eighteen months since the start of the Dominion War. I make it more like twenty-one since DS9 “Call to Arms” (May 2374), but DS9 “Valiant” does confuse things a bit by suggesting that hostilities started in August 2374, which would be about right at nineteen months.

DS9 “Penumbra”

Fiveday 53rd Fourmonth to Fiveday 5th Fivemonth, 9403 B.E.; Saturday 28th February to Saturday 6th March, 2376: S.D. 527x9 to 527y6

Actual dates: Tuesday 30th December, 2375 to Tuesday 6th January, 2376: S.D. 525y8 to 525z6

Estimated duration: 8 days
Chronology: There’s a stardate for the last day, S.D. 52576.2. That’s impossibly early to work for me, so I’ve ignored it.
Continuity: It’s supposed to be six months since Ezri arrived in DS9 “Shadows and Symbols”. I place that halfway through August 2375, so I'm not far off, and more accurate than the strict stardates would be. Sisko proposes to Kasidy. From the start of this story until Captain Sisko takes a dive into the Fire Caves on Bajor, almost every day is accounted for. My rough guess at a running total reached 54 days and this timeline has 60, although I’ve cheated a lot.

DS9 “Till Death Us Do Part”

Sixday 6th to Twoday 9th Fivemonth, 9403 B.E.; Sunday 7th to Wednesday 10th March 2376: S.D. 527y7 to 527z0

Estimated duration: 4 days
Continuity: The story seems to pick up straight from DS9 “Penumbra”. Kasidy and Ben get married, even though the Wormhole Aliens warned him off. Dukat is disguised as a Bajoran, and manages to impress Kai Winn.

DS9 “Strange Bedfellows”

Threeday 10th to Sixday 13th Fivemonth, 9403 B.E.; Thursday 11th to Sunday 14th March, 2376: S.D. 527z1 to 527z4

Estimated duration: 4 days
Continuity: This story follows directly on from DS9 “Till Death Us Do Part”. It’s Bajoran spring on one hemisphere of Bajor. Kasidy gets to preside over a fertility ceremony.

DS9 “The Changing Face of Evil”

Oneday 15th to Threeday 17th Fivemonth, 9396 B.E.; Wednesday 17th to Friday 19th March, 2376: S.D. 527z7 to 528z9

Estimated duration: 3 days
Continuity: Defiant is destroyed. The Breen attack Earth.
Comment: A Book of EVIL with writing revealed only by the Blood of a Murdered Man? If there’s a scientific explanation for any of this, I missed it.

Fourday 18th Fivemonth, 9403 B.E.; Saturday 20th March, 2376: S.D. 528a0

By my calculations, it’s Ha’mara; I left a gap so we don’t see it.

DS9 “When It Rains…”

Sixday 20th to Twoday 23rd Fivemonth, 9403 B.E.; Tuesday 23rd to Friday 26th March, 2376: S.D. 528a3 to 528a6

Estimated duration: 4 days
Chronology: The stardate 52684.3 appears on a graph at the end of the story. I’ve tried really hard to use it, but ended up having to ignore it.
Continuity: Odo was infected with Changeling Lurgy on S.D. 49419, right at the end of DS9 “Paradise Lost” (14th November, 2372, by my interpretation). I can’t make it “almost three years ago,” as you can plainly see, since I have it three years and four months earlier. It’s a little less than seven years since Doctor Bashir arrived on the station in DS9 “Emissary” (I made that date 23rd October, 2369). My figures say six years and five months, so it’s quite a bit less than seven years for me. There are now supposed to be two weeks that we don’t see before DS9 “Tacking into the Wind”, which I’ve managed.
Comment: Dukat spends too long looking at the Very Naughty Book. He goes blind.

Wednesday 31st March, 2376: S.D. 528b1

According to VOY “The Voyager Conspiracy”, a non-aggression pact with the Terkellians was made on S.D. 52861.

VOY “Relativity”

Friday 9th to Saturday 10th April, 2376: S.D. 528c0 to 528c1

Estimated duration: 2 days
Chronology: There’s a stardate for the last day, S.D. 52861.274: 06:35 on Saturday 10th April, 2376.
Continuity: Either the Terkellians turn up very shortly after this story ends, or the non-aggression pact mentioned in VOY “The Voyager Conspiracy” happens in a different stardate cycle. I’ve taken the second option. During the scenes in the past, the EMH is activated in drydock, contradicting his later statement in VOY “Projections” that he was first switched on in VOY “Caretaker”. In theory, this story should fall between VOY “11:59” and VOY “Warhead”, but what with stardates, Tom and B’Elanna’s anniversary and Neelix’s helpful reference to the precise date in VOY “11:59”, things are a bit difficult just now.

DS9 “Tacking into the Wind”

Twoday 37th to Fourday 39th Fivemonth, 9403 B.E.; Saturday 10th to Monday 12th April, 2376; 39th to 41st So’jen, 1000 Q.B.: S.D. 528c1 to 528c3

Estimated duration: 3 days
Continuity: Martok becomes Klingon Chancellor.

DS9 “Extreme Measures”

Oneday 43rd to Twoday 44th Fivemonth, 9403 B.E.; Friday 16th to Saturday 17th April, 2376: S.D. 528c7 to 528c8

Actual dates: Saturday 14th to Sunday 15th January, 2376: S.D. 526d5 to 526d6

Estimated duration: 2 days
Chronology: There’s a stardate on the first day, S.D. 52645.7. Once again, that's much too soon to suit me, so I had to ignore it.
Comment: You may be thinking that I could have used the last three stardates to make a timeline that finishes much earlier in 2376. I tried really hard, but especially when I decided to fully accommodate the implied very long durations of DS9 “It’s Only a Paper Moon” and DS9 “Prodigal Daughter”, the possibility went right out of the window.

Sunday 18th April, 2376: S.D. 528c9

On S.D. 52889.3, USS São Paulo is launched, according to the date on the dedication plaque. She’s renamed Defiant by Captain Sisko on Fiveday 47th Fivemonth, 9403 B.E.; Tuesday 20th April, 2376: S.D. 52861.

DS9 “The Dogs of War”

Fiveday 47th to Sevenday 49th Fivemonth, 9403 B.E.; Tuesday 20th to Thursday 22nd April, 2376: S.D. 528d1 to 528d3

Estimated duration: 3 days
Chronology: There’s a stardate on the first day, S.D. 52861.3. This is the point I’ve based the last part of my “Star Trek: Deep Space Nine” timeline on. The internal timeline of the stories really doesn’t allow such a huge gap between DS9 “Extreme Measures” and DS9 “The Dogs of War” as the stardates suggest. I have tried that option, but I just couldn’t make it fit together.

DS9 “What You Leave Behind”

Oneday 50th Fivemonth, 9403 to around Sevenday 22nd Leaponemonth, 9404 B.E.; Friday 23rd April to around Saturday 22nd May, 2376: S.D. 528d4 to 529c3

Estimated duration: A month
Chronology: Although the story seems to take a month or so from start to finish, we only really see the first five days, up to Fiveday 54th Fivemonth, 9403 B.E.; Tuesday 27th April, 2376: S.D. 52878.

S.D. 529a2.0: Saturday 1st May, 2376; Oneday 2nd Leaponemonth, 9404 B.E.; 7th lo’bral, 1000 Q.B.

According to the text of the Treaty of Bajor, signed in DS9 “What You Leave Behind”, the cease-fire that ends the Dominion War comes into force on S.D. 52902.0. All Dominion forces must leave the Alpha Quadrant within 26 hours, or before S.D. 52903.0: 02:00 on Sunday 2nd May, 2376; Twoday 3rd Leaponemonth, 9404 B.E., according to my calculations and assuming that the cease-fire started at midnight. The stardate and deadline appeared in the text of the treaty, according to a photo of the prop; so they aren’t definitive because they weren’t mentioned or particularly visible on screen.
The treaty also says that territories evacuated by the Dominion will return to the status they had on S.D. 50564.0. My calculations make that Tuesday 25th December, 2373, since it’s a fairly clear reference to the events of DS9 “By Inferno’s Light”.

VOY “11:59”

Tuesday 20th to Thursday 22nd April, 2376: S.D. 528d1 to 528d3

Estimated duration: 3 days
Chronology: Neelix helpfully points out that the last day is Thursday 22nd April, 2376: S.D. 52883.
Continuity: Most of the story is a flashback to the year 2000. Although it’s more a case of “occasionally something works by blind chance” than anything else, this date reference does make some sort of sense, although I’ve had to swap it in the running order with VOY “Relativity”. Now just look at what a mess VOY “Warhead” is, though.

Sixday 55th Fivemonth, 9403 to Sevenday 1st Leaponemonth, 9404 B.E.; Thursday 29th to Friday 30th April, 2376: S.D. 529a0 to 529a1

According to my calculations, it’ll be the Gratitude Festival. Luckily it’s after the main action in DS9 “What You Leave Behind” so it’s at a time we don’t see.

VOY “Warhead”

Sunday 16th to Tuesday 18th May, 2376: S.D. 529b7 to 529b9

Actual dates: Monday 16th to Wednesday 18th August, 2376: S.D. 531c9 to 531d1

Estimated duration: 3 days
Chronology: It’s the second anniversary of Tom and B’Elanna’s first date. That date must have been quite soon after VOY “Day of Honor”. I would place it slightly after VOY “Revulsion” and before VOY “Scientific Method”. Unfortunately, that puts it in the middle of August 2374 by my calculations. That leaves me three months adrift here, with no plausible way out, so I’ve put it just before VOY “Equinox”, so it’s in roughly the right place in roughly the right season of “Star Trek: Voyager”.

VOY “Equinox” (Parts 1 & 2)

Saturday 5th to Thursday 10th June, 2376: S.D. 529d7 to 530a2

Estimated duration: 6 days
Continuity: Voyager gets five new crewpeople, but I don’t think we ever see them again. This was the “cliffhanger” between seasons 5 and 6, so I’ve assigned the stardates accordingly.

VOY “Survival Instinct”

Sunday 27th to Wednesday 30th June, 2376: S.D. 530b9 to 530c2

Estimated duration: 4 days
Chronology: There’s a stardate for the first day, S.D. 53049.2.

VOY “Barge of the Dead”

Friday 23rd to Sunday 25th July, 2376; 39th to 41st mer’utlhIj, 1000 Q.B.: S.D. 531a5 to 531a7

Estimated duration: 3 days

Late July 2376

It’s around now that the freed drones Lansor, P’Chan and Marika will die, about a month after VOY “Survival Instinct”.

VOY “Tinker, Tenor, Doctor, Spy”

Saturday 31st July to Wednesday 4th August, 2376: S.D. 531b3 to 531b7

Estimated duration: 5 days
Continuity: The EMH gets to start training to become an Emergency Command Hologram.

August, 2376: S.D. 531b4 to 532a4

Lyndsay Ballard escapes from the Kobali, six months before VOY “Ashes to Ashes” (February 2377).

VOY “Dragon’s Teeth”

Monday 9th to Saturday 14th August, 2376: S.D. 531c2 to 531c7

Estimated duration: 6 days
Chronology: There’s a stardate on the last day, S.D. 53167.9.

Around Tuesday 17th August, 2376: S.D. 531d0

Eight weeks before VOY “The Voyager Conspiracy”, the ship catches a pair of photonic fleas, inadvertently brought aboard from a Kartelan freighter.

Monday 16th to Wednesday 18th August, 2376: S.D. 531c9 to 531d1

Where VOY “Warhead” would fall by my system, if it really is the second anniversary of Tom and B’Elanna’s first date.

VOY “Alice”

Monday 6th to Sunday 12th September, 2376: S.D. 532b0 to 532b6

Estimated duration: A week
Continuity: Tom Paris and Harry Kim make some wildly inaccurate guesses about Tuvok’s age.

VOY “Riddles”

Sunday 19th to Saturday 25th September, 2376: S.D. 532c3 to 532c9

Estimated duration: A week
Chronology: There’s a stardate for the first day, S.D. 53263.2.

VOY “One Small Step”

Tuesday 28th September to Thursday 7th October, 2376: S.D. 532d2 to 533a1

Estimated duration: 10 days
Chronology: There are stardates for the first day, S.D. 53292.7 and the last day, S.D. 53301.2. Although the story only seems to last three or four days judging by the action, I’ve given it the full ten.
Continuity: Voyager finds out what became of Mars astronaut John Kelly.

VOY “The Voyager Conspiracy”

Friday 22nd to Monday 25th October, 2376: S.D. 533y5 to 533y9

Estimated duration 4 days
Chronology: I think there’s a stardate for the last day, S.D. 53329.
Continuity: Captain Janeway says that she told 7of9 to study her parents’ journals on S.D. 52840. That and the associated stardates must be wrong, because we see it happen in VOY “Dark Frontier”. That’s dated by stardate as well, and the last day seems to be S.D. 52619.2!

Saturday 23rd October, 2376: S.D. 533y7

According to Tuvok in VOY “Endgame, Part I”, Captain Janeway is abducted by the Kellidians on S.D. 53317.

VOY “Pathfinder”

Saturday 23rd to Friday 29th October, 2376: S.D. 533y7 to 533z3

Estimated duration: A week
Chronology: All the action takes place on Earth. Voyager is only involved on the sixth day, Thursday 28th October, 2376: S.D. 53352.
Continuity: Thanks to Reg Barclay, contact is re-established between Earth and Voyager.

Late October 2376

As a wild guess, I think the flashbacks for VOY “The Haunting of Deck Twelve” happen around now, if they really happened at all. Voyager is in a nebula, and spends four days being “haunted” by a space creature. Allegedly.

VOY “Fair Haven”

Wednesday 3rd to Sunday 7th November, 2376: S.D. 533z8 to 534a2

Estimated duration: 5 days
Continuity: The “Fantasy Ireland” holoprogram will be out of action for six or seven weeks.

VOY “Tsunkatse”

Thursday 9th to Friday 24th December, 2376: S.D. 534d4 to 535x9

Estimated duration: 16 days
Chronology: There are stardates for what I think is the fourth day, S.D. 53447.2 and the last day, S.D. 53529.4. As far as I can see, the story could be finished in as few as eight days. The stardates could indicate a length of 55 days, which seems a bit long. I’ve gone for 16 days, the shortest option I could manage.

Around Wednesday 22nd December,2376: S.D. 535x7

Six or seven weeks after VOY “Fair Haven”, the holoprogram should be fixed.

VOY “Blink of an Eye”

Monday 27th December, 2376 to Sunday 2nd January, 2377: S.D. 535y2 to 535y8

Estimated duration: A week

2377: S.D. 535y7 to 545z1

VOY “Virtuoso”

Monday 10th to Sunday 16th January, 2377: S.D. 535z6 to 536a2

Estimated duration: A week
Chronology: There’s a stardate for the first day, S.D. 53556.4.

VOY “Collective”

Wednesday 19th to Thursday 20th January, 2377: S.D. 536a5 to 536a7

Estimated duration: 2 days
Continuity: The crew of Voyager adopts four children.

VOY “Memorial”

Monday 24th January to Thursday 10th February, 2377: S.D. 536b0 to 536c7

Estimated duration: 18 days
Chronology: There’s a fortnight we don’t see, before the (what I think are) four days we do see.

VOY “Spirit Folk”

Saturday 12th to Tuesday 15th February, 2377: S.D. 536c9 to 536d2

Estimated duration: 4 days
Chronology: What I think is the second day is a Sunday. That may be just on the holodeck, but I’ve assumed it isn’t.

VOY “Ashes to Ashes”

Saturday 19th to Tuesday 22nd February, 2377: S.D. 536d6 to 536d9

Estimated duration: 4 days
Chronology: There’s a stardate for the last day, S.D. 53679.4.
Continuity: It’s three years since Lyndsay Ballard died. I have it happening in very late December 2374, so that’s only just over two years ago, by stardates and my calculations. This time, the fall of the New Year is in my favour.

VOY “Child’s Play”

Saturday 26th February to Thursday 3rd March, 2377: S.D. 537x3 to 537x8

Estimated duration: 6 days
Continuity: The first day is Voyager’s first annual science fair. Icheb decides to stay on the ship.

VOY “Good Shepherd”

Monday 7th to Sunday 20th March, 2377: S.D. 537y2 to 537z5

Estimated duration: 6 days from the internal evidence, 14 days by stardate
Chronology: There is a stardate on what I think is the second day, S.D. 53753.2. Then everything goes horribly wrong. The other stardate is later on, on the fourth or fifth day, as far as I can see, but it’s S.D. 53764.3. I can’t stretch the internal chronology of the story to make it anything like that long, but this is a stardated timeline, so I’ve made it fit.

VOY “Fury”

Tuesday 22nd March, 2377; 26th D’ruh, 8996 V.E.: S.D. 537z7

Estimated duration: A day
Continuity: It’s Tuvok’s birthday. He’s nearly at the “big three digits.” I make him 97 Vulcan r’tas old today.

VOY “Live Fast and Prosper”

Friday 1st to Saturday 23rd April, 2377: S.D. 538a7 to 538c9

Estimated duration: 23 days
Chronology: From the internal evidence, there’s at least eighteen days in the story. There’s a stardate for the last day, S.D. 53849.2.

VOY “The Haunting of Deck Twelve”

Wednesday 27th April, 2377: S.D. 538d3

Estimated duration: An evening
Continuity: Neelix’s story, if it ever happened at all, was “months ago”, before VOY “Collective”. I insisted in putting it around the previous Halloween, but it could be anywhere there’s four days spare. Or just something completely made up.

Saturday 30th April, 2377: S.D. 538d6

From the stardate, S.D. 53896, this is when B’Elanna asks to take the Delta Flyer and look for dilithium, according to VOY “Muse”. Because the dates all get very complicated about now, not least by datastreams, I have to assume it takes Captain Janeway a while to decide.

VOY “Life Line”

Monday 9th May to Friday 10th June, 2377: S.D. 539a5 to 539d7

Estimated duration: 33 days
Chronology: I have to fit this story to the datastreams. Helpfully, they happen every 32 days. Since the EMH leaves on the first and returns with the second, that must be thirty-three days altogether.
Continuity: Each data stream has to be thirty-two days after the last. Sometimes that works, but sometimes it all goes horribly wrong, especially at VOY “Inside Man”.

VOY “Muse”

Saturday 11th May to Thursday 2nd June, 2377: S.D. 539a7 to 539c9

Estimated duration: 23 days
Chronology: There’s a stardate for the crash of the Delta Flyer, S.D. 53918. There’s at least another ten days after the crash, I think there are eleven, with the play on the last evening.
Continuity: The only way I could fit any of this in was to assume that it happens at the same time as VOY “Life Line”, with B’Elanna and Harry on the planet while the EMH is at Jupiter Station.

VOY “Unimatrix Zero” (Parts 1 & 2)

Saturday 11th to Friday 17th June, 2377: S.D. 539d8 to 540a4

Estimated duration: A week
Chronology: There’s a stardate on the last day, S.D. 54014.4.
Continuity: VOY “Endgame, Part I” places this story in 2378, but I can’t get that to work at all.

VOY “Drive”

Sunday 19th June to Saturday 2nd July, 2377: S.D. 540a6 to 540b9

Estimated duration: 2 weeks
Chronology: There’s a stardate on what I think is the third day, S.D. 54058.6.
Continuity: Tom Paris and B’Elanna Torres get married.

Tuesday 12th July, 2377: S.D. 540c9

The next datastream, just before VOY “Repression”.

VOY “Repression”

Wednesday 13th to Monday 25th July, 2377: S.D. 540d0 to 541x2

Estimated duration: 13 days
Chronology: There are stardates for the first day, S.D. 54090.4 and the twelfth day, S.D. 54101.

VOY “Imperfection”

Wednesday 27th July to Thursday 18th August, 2377: S.D. 541x4 to 541z6

Estimated duration: 23 days
Chronology: There’s a stardate on what I think is the sixth day, S.D. 54129.4.
Continuity: Three of the children from VOY “Collective” are dropped off.

Saturday 13th August, 2377: S.D. 541z1

By my calculation, the missed datastream that’s mentioned in VOY “Inside Man”. I also make it the eleventh day of VOY “Imperfection”.

VOY “Critical Care”

Monday 22nd to Saturday 27th August, 2377: S.D. 542a0 to 542a5

Estimated duration: 6 days

Tuesday 30th August, 2377: S.D. 542a8

The log entry that opens VOY “Inside Man”, on S.D. 54208.3.
Comment: There’s a huge gap before the datastream and the opening of the story proper, partly filled by my placement of VOY “Body and Soul”. I had to get each stream 32 days after the previous one, and try to match stardates, and make sure B’Elanna and Harry were away in VOY “Muse” when they wouldn’t be missed. That’s why this section of the timeline is such a mess.

VOY “Body and Soul”

Thursday 8th to Monday 12th September, 2377; 19th to 22nd ta’Krat, 8996 V.E.: S.D. 542b7 to 542c1

Estimated duration: 5 days
Chronology: There’s a stardate on the second day, S.D. 54238.3.
Continuity: It’s Tuvok’s Pon Farr. I’ve cheated again with this story. It should be after VOY “Inside Man”, but matching the datastreams meant I had no chance of making it fit there.

VOY “Inside Man”

Wednesday 14th to Sunday 18th September, 2377: S.D. 542c3 to 542c7

Estimated duration: 5 days
Chronology: The datastream arrives at 02:00 on the first day, Wednesday 14th September, 2377: S.D. 54263.0 by my calculations. From the internal evidence, the last day of the story is meant to be a Friday, but I had to make it a Sunday instead.

Around Monday 19th September, 2377; 49th nay’poQ, 1001 Q.B.: S.D. 542c8

Miral conceived? I’ve made sure it’s in the holy month of nay’poQ (also spelt Nay’poq; it turned out to be a lot closer to the end of the month than I was anticipating), and by my calculations she’ll be born in the 36th or 37th week of the pregnancy. As always seems to happen, the progress of the pregnancy will match up only vaguely with the references to it in the stories, even when I cheat mercilessly.

VOY “Nightingale”

Saturday 25th September to Monday 3rd October, 2377: S.D. 542d4 to 543x2

Actual dates: Thursday 15th to Friday 23rd September, 2377: S.D. 542c4 to 542d2

Estimated duration: 8 days
Chronology: There are stardates on the first day, S.D. 54274.7 the fourth day, S.D. 54277.3 and the last day, S.D. 54282.5.
Continuity: I’ve ignored the stardates because I’ve been thrown out drastically by VOY “Inside Man”.

Around Tuesday 4th October, 2377: S.D. 543x3

Two weeks before VOY “Flesh and Blood, Part I”, Voyager visits the Ovions.

VOY “Flesh and Blood” (Parts 1 & 2)

Monday 17th to Friday 28th September, 2377: S.D. 543y6 to 543z7

Estimated duration: 12 days
Chronology: There’s a stardate on the last day, S.D. 54337.5.

VOY “Shattered”

Sunday 30th October, 2377: S.D. 543z9

Estimated duration: An instant in real time
Continuity: Time fractures, and parts of Voyager experience events in VOY “Caretaker”, VOY “Basics, Part II”, S.D. 49624, VOY “Bliss”, VOY “Macrocosm”, VOY “Scorpion, Part II”, VOY “Bride of Chaotica!” and the year 2394.

VOY “Lineage”

Monday 31st October to Thursday 3rd November, 2377: S.D. 544a0 to 544a3

Estimated duration: 4 days
Chronology: There’s a stardate for what I think is the third day, S.D. 54452.6.
Continuity: B’Elanna is about seven weeks pregnant. I made sure she was.

VOY “Repentance”

Friday 4th to Tuesday 8th November, 2377: S.D. 544a4 to 544a8

Estimated duration: 5 days

VOY “Prophecy”

Friday 11th to Friday 25th November, 2377; 51st So’jen to 13th lo’bral, 1001 Q.B.: S.D. 544b1 to 544c5

Actual stardates: Thursday 15th to Thursday 29th December, 2377: S.D. 545x5 to 545y9

Estimated duration: 15 days
Chronology: A disaster! There are stardates for what I think is the fourth day, S.D. 54518.2 and the last day, S.D. 54529.8. Both those dates are far too late if I’m to fit in VOY “The Void” and VOY “Workforce”. I had no choice but to ignore them. This story is simply shoved into the only available space.
Continuity: B’Elanna is supposed to be about fifteen weeks pregnant. Although that would fit roughly with the stardates, it doesn’t fit with anything else, not least that there could only then be about nine weeks before VOY “Author, Author”. I suppose if you assume the Klingons used a term meaning “about a third of the pregnancy,” it would be fourteen or fifteen weeks for a human, but only ten weeks into a thirty-week Klingon pregnancy. It still doesn’t work very well though, since I only make it the eighth or ninth week; and it’s cheating.

VOY “The Void”

Tuesday 29th November to Tuesday 13th December, 2377: S.D. 544c9 to 545x3

Actual dates: Friday 9th to Friday 23rd December, 2377: S.D. 544d9 to 545y3

Estimated duration: 15 days
Chronology: There are stardates for what I think is the fifth day, S.D. 54553.4 and the fourteenth day, S.D. 54562.7. I couldn’t use them, because I have to fit in everything I need to before the immovable date at the start of VOY “Homestead”.
Continuity: Voyager knocks 30,000 light years off the trip home.

VOY “Workforce” (Parts 1 & 2)

Tuesday 20th December, 2377 to Tuesday 24th January, 2378: S.D. 545y0 to 546b5

Estimated duration: 36 days
Chronology: There are stardates for what I think is the fifth day, S.D. 54584.3, the seventeenth day, S.D. 54597.9, the twenty-seventh day, S.D. 54608.6 and the thirty-third day, S.D. 54622.4. By stardates, it could be longer, but the internal date references seem to allow things to be squished up a bit here, because I really need to just now. Thirty-five days does seem to be the absolute minimum, though.
Continuity: It’s almost seven years since Chakotay came aboard Voyager. I have that being in October 2371, so I think it’s six years and three months, at the absolute most.
